Do you ship internationally?

We offer fast and reliable worldwide shipping options for all of our customers. Due to high order volume from our recent collection .

Most orders arrive within 2-5 working days once shipped.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouses within 1-5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 10 business days for dispatch.


Standard International Shipping: 5 -10 business days.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. In some rare cases this can cause shipping to take up to 12 days. Please note we are not responsible for added custom fees or import fees imposed by customers country.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

 

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a from 4 hours  to 1 day  to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Can I exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.
